Coaching Services

Executive Coaching is a leadership development tool. Individuals, who will gain an advantage from coaching are highly successful, but can benefit from one on one individualized development to expand their leadership possibility. Typical areas the coachee will focus on might include strategic planning, communication skills, improving productivity, delegation or team management. Although the engagement starts with broad objectives, the coaching process quickly narrows the area of developmental focus. Through the process the leader selects one to two aspects of leadership to focus his/her development plans. Managers are expected to support the process by also providing coaching to the leader. Potential leaders are grouped in three coaching buckets: strategic, developing and emerging.
