  • Designed a performance management system focused on employee engagement and contribution for a specialty insurer undergoing significant organization change.

Consumer Products

  • Coached Marketing Leadership Team to greater alignment tying the business strategy to execution priorities ultimately achieving greater business results.
  • Partnered with a Fortune 500 CFO to restructure the worldwide finance organization. Aligned disparate internal-based priorities to business plan and client-driven initiatives.
  • Working with Customer Service Managers, created structure to profitably merge and restructure the financial and customer services divisions improving service to the company's largest distributors. Project resulted in a 20% cost reduction.
  • Led HR due diligence and integration of a highly successful acquisition to grow mail order business.  Deal hit financial targets.  Return on capital increased 4.9% in first nine months while headcount was reduced 39%.
  • Partnered with a Business Division President to conduct analyses to identify components of discretionary $40m marketing budget reducing processes across eight businesses to reinvest cash to brand strategy.
  • Designed and implemented a multi-phase leadership development project for 750 branch managers of a Fortune 500 rental firm; including customized RFP process. 

Private Equity

  • Partnered with the VP New Initiatives of a major franchise and grocery brand to develop a strategic business plan attracting new customers while expanding markets and distribution channels.
  • Provided a framework for business leaders to assess the value of their HR services. Worked with the executive team to transition HR from tactical “order takers” to proactive business advisors.
